Job Duties:

Primary Purpose of Position:

Coordinate the internal processes related to administering new and current customers and the ordering to fulfillment process

Essential Functions:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to setup new customers

  • Setup customers (new and current) in the portal

  • Manage the Cash in Advance customer’s process.

  • Coordinate internal activities to secure lead times related to the order to fulfillment process.

  • Assist Business Development Reps and Managers on management of accounts.

  • Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing and other activities for customers

  • Use Salesforce and other systems to coordinate with Order Fulfillment team to ensure the sales to production process is completed.

Position Requirements:

  • Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college level education or work-related experience

  • Job related experience for 2 years minimum

  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, corporate strategy, business development, merger acquisition and integration, Economic Value Added (EVA, financial modeling, business and economic principles and practices

  • Microsoft Word and Excel, JDE Enterprise One and other applicable software applications

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations

  • Ability to make detailed presentations on projects and a variety of business problems to management.

  • Self-driven

  • Resourceful

  • Can work alone and with teams

  • Able to relate and adapt to all levels of a company (Internal and External)

  • Able to perform under pressure and in stressful situations

  • Results oriented

  • Able to drive many projects at a time

  • 15% travel
