Position overview:

You will be responsible for assisting with key tasks which are currently the responsibility of the Metal and ODM Controller, and supporting the Treasury & Cash Controller. These include forecasting, reporting, and analysing drivers within Metal and ODMs for the EMEA region, including price, volume and mix analysis by customer and size.

Key responsibilities include:

Work closely with the finance team with budgeting and forecasting of metal and ODM costs and balance sheet inventory

Assist with month end analysis to better understand the price / volume / mix within metal and ODMs

Responsibility for Metal and ODMs forecast and AOP process

Maintain the non-metal FX and metal databases and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure required information is provided

Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation files

Support Metal and ODM Controller and Treasury & Cash Controller on relevant SOX requirements

Support on standard calculations, balance sheet adjustments, and stock counts

Assist with forecasting FX and understanding variances to forecast on a monthly basis

Support Treasury & Cash Controller on cash flow work streams e.g. compiling AP, AR, and Inventory analysis

Experience and skills required:

Accounting or Finance degree

Experience in a manufacturing company is desirable

Knowledge of SAP desirable

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

Fluent in written and spoken English
