Position overview:
You are leading the Customer Fulfilment administrators team and supporting on key activities that support our business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, training and development of the CF team
Improvement of processes and ways of working
Monthly reports and planning updates
Resolving claims, escalations and assisting teams
Creating sales orders and stock reports
Creating stock reports and forecasts
Communicating with customers
What are we looking for?
Experience in a similar role in a multi-national company
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functions and cultures
Stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Powerpoint
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
