Qualifications:

Administrative Associate III – Contracts

Provide administrative Contracts support in the Systems Engineering Solutions business area.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Contracts to assist with meeting proposal and program requirements.

  • Review and prepare project closeouts for Contract manager review and approval.

  • Assist with closeout packages, coordinate with Task Order (TO) project managers to ensure final report has been submitted, and Government Furnished Property is dispositioned

  • Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) input in accordance with Contract requirements, i.e. monthly deliverables, final shipments

  • Assist Contract Managers in completing Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements

  • Assist with distribution and tracking on Request for Proposals, including preparation and assembling Cost Proposal submittals

  • Assist with task order modification review records

  • Assist with file maintenance and electronic storage of documentation

  • Assist with compiling information in response to audit requests

  • May review contract documents, modifications and change orders; to prepare contract review records and obtain necessary management approvals.

  • Prepare and assist Contracts managers in maintaining required contract administration documentation and Contract files in accordance with company procedures and government regulations.

  • Assist the local and remote Contracts managers in completing a variety of tasks.

  • Utilize various Systems to run miscellaneous systems reports as needed

  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 or more years of related experience.

  • Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Associate’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

  • Some administrative experience specifically supporting a contracts department is desirable.

  • Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications) and strong administrative support skills.

  • Ability to work with considerable independence.

  • Must have strong attention to detail.

  • Must have ability to work under tight deadlines.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in an office environment.

  • Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
